Lunch & Learn

This is typically a 1hr session over lunch where employees have the opportunity to learn about stress & are given techniques on how to manage it better.

1 – 1 with Employees

Sometimes an individual may benefit from working on a 1 – 1 basis.  This can be a very effective method for the individual and the team.

Half-Day Training

Training will highlight how our bodies are equipped to manage stress. Coping techniques will be provided on how to overcome stress within the workplace.

1 – 1 with Senior Management

It is often stressful at ‘the top.’  A 1 – 1 enables Managers & CEO’s to identify problems and resolve them quickly.
